Terms and Conditions (B2B)

Effective for Corporate & Healthcare Engagements

1. Corporate Scope

Tech Note Solutions delivers custom software development, BMIMS biomedical platforms, and SLA technical maintenance services exclusively under B2B commercial agreements.

2. Payment Terms (Direct Bank Wire Only)

All software contracts are invoiced in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and settled exclusively via official bank wire transfer directly to our corporate bank account in Kuwait. We do not accept consumer in-app purchases.

3. Milestone Delivery

Projects are executed in accordance with formally approved Statements of Work (SOW) and structured invoice milestones. Mobilization payments are non-refundable once engineering sprints have commenced.

4. Governing Law

These terms and all related service agreements are governed exclusively by the commercial laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
